I understand that Members are strictly prohibited from soliciting or selling to other Members or the clients of other Members while using the Mighty Networks App or any other product or service of Gunderson; provided, however, that Member may be referring its own clients to Mighty Networks App and other programs of Company. In such a case, Company will refer Member’s clients back to Member for financial transactions, fund raising, etc.
